Business Process Analyst, Supply Chain Transformation Practice

Summary

Atom is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Process Analyst to join our Supply Chain Transformation Practice. As a Business Process Analyst, you will help our clients by examining their business processes and workflows to create innovative ways they can be improved and/or automated.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for generating industry-leading processes and will have experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management, with an emphasis on Inventory Management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes sustainability by identifying and tracking performance metrics, providing additional guidance for special conditions and addressing client needs.
• Partners in business process development activities including the identification of client requirements, and workflow roadmap.
• Collaborates in process creation through design, development, and documentation.
• Contributes to implementation efforts including deployment planning, training, implementation execution, and scope control.
• Responsible for the creation, implementation, and sustainment of Supply Chain Business Processes for our clients.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues.
• Experience of having worked in a client-facing delivery role.
• Hands-on experience working with Oracle Cloud SCM (specifically Inventory Management) is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate and deliver industry-leading processes to our clients.
• Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Self-sufficient, independent requiring little supervision or intervention.
• Strong knowledge in the following areas – Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business processes, and ability to work in a highly complex and fast-paced environment.
• High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high-quality results.
