We are looking for an Business Operations Intern who will provide meaningful contributions to the Operations teams with project-based work.

• Candidates should be located within the Los Angeles/ Burbank area as they will need to commute into the Burbank office on Hybrid Schedule.
• Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
• This internship is scheduled to run Monday, June 12, 2023, to Friday, August 4, 2023.
• The hourly pay rate for this position is $17.00.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and/or support the development and management of a project plan to evaluate a key business process.
• Conduct validation reviews with process stakeholders.
• Other ad-hoc process reviews, data analysis and project support.
• Conduct operational observations and stakeholder interviews and collaborate with process stakeholders to support project goals.
• Contextualize and summarize observations for leadership review.
• Collect and reconcile data and perform data analysis.

JOB REQUIREMMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

• Previous operations experience a plus.
• This position is for a college student in a field of study in Business Administration/ Management, Information Technology, Data Analysis, Statistics, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
