Position: Manager, Business Strategy, Planning and Operations
Your Role
Responsible for leading the development and execution of medium to large scale, cross-channel and cross-functional projects in support of strategic growth initiatives for the Customer Experience team. The Manager will develop, lead, and facilitate the implementation of strategic and operational initiatives by translating strategy to execution, enabling brand integration, efficiency, and effectiveness to drive results. The Manager maintains responsibility across a broad spectrum of work and projects including process development, organizational design, change management and the management of strategic initiatives.

Your Impact
• Lead, develop and support Customer Experience initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and deliver brand, customer, product and channel based growth
• Full project management responsibilities including analysis, project planning, scope/definition, risk analysis, resource management, progress and status reporting, meeting facilitation, communication, issue resolution, scheduling, and budget tracking
• Manage multiple initiatives including, but not limited to, digital product development, customer experience, marketing, supply chain efficiency and international
• Lead presentation development to gain required approval from senior leaders throughout a given project
• Own the Customer Experience team’s meeting calendar and work with cross-functional partners to create the agenda and the materials for each key business meeting
• Support the assessment and incubation of new business opportunities, as appropriate
• Provide analytical support, including financial model development, communication of strategic relevance and execution required for potential growth opportunities
• Influence decision making across multiple leadership levels to gain cross-functional alignment to achieve on-time execution of projects
• Champion change by challenging the status quo and leading new initiatives
• Train/coach direct report and others within the business to increase the strategic thinking capability within the organization
• Maintain clear focus on the customer; displays aptitude for continuous improvement in serving internal and external customers
• Overcome challenges to drive for results enabling the business to achieve its objectives; convey sense of urgency
Your Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business related field
• Minimum of 7+ years of demonstrated analytical and strategic project experience
• Experience with a top-tier strategy firm or retail consulting experience a plus
• Communicates effectively in groups and in one-to-one situations
• Strong project and change management skills with proven ability to manage complex business problems and achieve business results while managing/executing against multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strategic thinker, able to contribute to project content as well as provide process leadership
• Experience in organizing and managing cross-functional projects and teams
• Ability to effectively translate strategic direction into actionable execution; solution oriented using creative approaches to capitalize on business opportunities and resolve issues
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills driving decisions at both strategic and tactical levels
• Ability to influence and communicate, both written and verbal, at all levels in the organization
• PC skills and proficiency with MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project
