The ideal candidate would be commutable to Somerset, NJ to fulfill a hybrid work schedule


Reporting directly to the Business Intelligence Manager, the key functions for this role include reporting, analyzing, and developing insights based on disparate data sources to leadership of all different levels. The candidate will have the opportunity to partner with multiple business units, including but not limited to Operations, Finance, Compliance and Human Resources. A strong emphasis is placed on learning how and why we do things and identifying opportunities to build on the team’s current processes.

What You’ll Do:

· Collaborate and partner with key stakeholders on identifying opportunities to provide insights that further optimize revenue, operations, and processes

· Develop, distribute and streamline analytical reports for a variety of business units on a systematic basis

· Perform variance analysis and provide insight and explanations into variances and trends within a variety of sales funnel related KPIs, as well as other operational KPIs

· Maintain, refine and update pricing, working in concert with business partners, and external vendors

· Develop and maintain forecasting and optimization models, with recommendations that anticipate future impacts to the business

· Evaluate, identify process and system gaps in order to map out appropriate business enhancements

· Some participation in internal project workgroup(s) and presentations

· Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by leadership

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or another Analytical Field preferred

· 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role

· History of partnering with stakeholders and be able to translate business data into digestible information that improves corporate processes

· Ability to analyze data, problems and propose solutions that are accurate, timely and insightful

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel - Excel Power Pivots, Power Query, and advanced functions

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Google Looker or comparable visualization software

· Proven ability to manage project tasks and timelines to successful completion

· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment

· Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills; ability to effectively interact with team members and cross functional partners
