• Meeting with different leads, when equipment coming in, what needs does org have?
• Part of group that oversees financials of engineering organization
• Laptop will be provided
• Meet with VP’s, reporting. Investigating actuals, tracking financial needs, forecasting and planning.
• The hours are flexible in an 8 hr window between 7-5p PST
• Operational background
• 3-5 years exp. min, FPN&A background helpful

Description: Responsible for working across multiple Engineering organizations/functions on business strategies and functional/business operations.

• Manages large and important projects affecting business units across the Company.
• Prepare detail plans, detail schedules, resource allocation and assignment, critical path analysis, methodology, coordination within all Engineering functions, and conducting budget analyses.
• Assesses and/or formulating strategic and/or tactical plans based on company business initiatives.
• May also be responsible for analysis of existing business processes, design and implementation of streamlined processes and leading client organizations in the identification, planning and implementation of business process solutions.
• Works as a liaison to clients and other Engineering organizations as a subject matter expert on the business processes they represent.

Pay Range: $35 - $38/HR W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
