Job Description

As Blueclip we started our journey to bring the most creative minds and the know-how together to deliver great works. Our current search is for a Business Executive who experienced minimum of 5 years of selling into Senior Living! This is a remote role with 50% travel with the preferred candidate located near Southern California.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for selling profitable new business and generating new revenue growth from the right clients under the right terms for the company
  • Research growth strategies and competitor practices and strategies to evaluate and implement new strategies and complies with all CRM requirements.
  • Develops business solutions to improve client operations and reduce operating costs based on knowledge of organizational strengths and weaknesses, technological advances, external trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Leads the development of sales presentations, proposals, and assists in the development of contractual sales documents.
  • Secures and sustains continued business development opportunities for the Company.
  • Examines client needs to maximize business and/or solutions for business concerns; performs cost-benefits and needs analysis. Applies all Global Sales Academy behaviors and methods.
  • Investigates and analyses new business opportunities; develops and maintains positive business relationships with potential clients; builds both internal and external networks.
  • Develops and implements the business plan, budget, and forecasts to achieve sales, market share, hit rate and market growth targets to attain overall financial goals.


What we are looking for:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience previously selling to the Senior Living C-Suite space
  • 7+ years of Functional Experience.
  • Sales experience selling a service rather than a product: B2B sales, not B2C.
  • Minimum 5 years exp. selling into Senior Living
  • Technical & Financial skills.
  • C-level sales acumen.


Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge of contract management.
