Business Development Manager - Behavioral Health

Novaris Search are working with a growth minded Behavioral Healthcare provider that specialises in Opioid Use Disorder services. They are actively seeking a Business Development Manager to cultivate new partnerships whilst taking on a leadership role within the team.

Role:

• Create new partnerships with diverse target audience.
• Responsible for managing a team small.
• Work closely with other team members in operations, marketing and clinical leads to develop strategy for driving growth.
• Up to 50% travel

Candidate:

• Experience working in a fast past, high growth environment
• Experience working in outpatient settings
• Bachelors degree required
• 2yrs healthcare sales experience
