If so, we'd love to connect with you! We are Mental Health Cooperative (MHC), and we're looking for a Care Management Supervisor for our Care Management Team in Memphis! In this role you'll be supervising care managers working with Tennessee Health Link. You'll drive daily execution, ensuring the highest quality in service for our consumers. You'll be a champion of care management - hiring and training the best care managers to help advocate and guide consumers to live happier and more stable lives.


You'll have been a compassionate person who proactively works with stakeholders to address critical needs, eliminate barriers, and ensure performance excellence. Our goal is to cultivate a healthcare environment that supports our consumers with best-in-class services.

To Join Our Team, You'll Need


  • Must have two years of supervisory experience in a mental health setting with at least two years experience in mental health care management.
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Report
  • Bachelor's level in a mental health related field with of minimum of 6 months of care management team leader experience or 1+ year of care management tier experience considered.
  • Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) in a related field of counseling, psychology, or social work preferred. Licensed or license eligible preferred.
  • Transportation that seats 4 people
  • Valid Tennessee Driver's License
