Responsibilities:
Our goal is to identify undergraduate students in the final year of their program and graduate students. We are searching for a qualified candidate who is interested in working closely within the operations and business development groups at Page. This position would work closely with the Business Development team and the Chief Revenue Office (CRO) team on some foundational processes and initiatives to grow the teams and impact the strategic direction of the firm.
  • Support specific partner and networking events within the local market.
  • Help identify needs and initiatives across the firm internally and externally.
  • Build, update and refine models, templates, and processes including research on potential clients, existing client portfolio data, and other performance and market detail.
  • Collaboration with marketing and communications to ensure continuity with business development initiatives.
  • Develop value-based strategies for both new and existing initiatives.
  • Work closely with both the CRO and Business Development teams to research, explore, and propose directions/implementations for various initiatives.
  • Support the Research, analysis, and dissemination of market news, trends, and competitor analysis, to inform strategic growth, business development, and competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
  • Must have the ability to think analytically, present ideas professionally, and work in project teams.
  • Ask questions, engage in brainstorming, and contribute to the team’s entrepreneurial mindset
  • Individual pursuing a degree in architecture, business management, economics, real estate, engineering, or other disciplines with relevant experience.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Knowledge of and efficiency with CRM, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other marketing software.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills, initiative, problem solver, and team player;
  • Attention to detail and ability to organize data in a consistent manner
  • Ability to work with little supervision and possesses excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess project and time management skills to support cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
