We are looking to add a Full - Time Business Assistant to our team here at Indianapolis Endodontics PC to help us continue our tradition of providing the highest quality patient care available.

Dr. Rexford, Dr. Adams, Dr. Pfotenhauer and the team are committed to the health of our patients and to making the experience of going to the dentist a positive one for everyone we serve.

Indianapolis Endodontics, PC operates on Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday from 7 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday from 7 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.

As a Business Assistant, you will:

• Answer the telephone, route calls, provide information and take messages in accordance with practice procedures
• Preferably have previous experience with Accounts Receivable
• Possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Schedule and adjust patient appointments to maximize patient care and reach practice profit target
• Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly calendar to meet the practice production and collection goals
• Communicate with patients regarding financial options and reconcile financial records by receiving and recording patient payments
• Greet visitors and patients entering the practice and alert appropriate staff of patient arrivals
