Job Description
The President of Tri-anim Health Services (THS) is responsible for leading a nationwide field sales force including 3 Area Vice Presidents, 9 Regional Sales Directors, and 90+ Account Managers generating $350M in annual revenue.


Sarnova is the leading national specialty distributor of health care products in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Respiratory Markets and is the industry leader in Revenue Cycle Management within Emergency Medical Services (EMS). The company operates through several market-leading companies including Tri-anim Health Services, the largest specialty distributor of respiratory products, Bound Tree Medical, the largest supplier of EMS products, EMP and Cardio Partners, a full Sudden Cardiac Arrest Solution provider, and Digitech, the leader in EMS revenue cycle management.


Summary


The President of Tri-anim Health Services (THS) is responsible for leading a nationwide field sales force including 3 Area Vice Presidents, 9 Regional Sales Directors, and 90+ Account Managers generating $350M in annual revenue. As a member of Sarnova’s Senior Leadership Team, this position will develop and deploy Sarnova’s acute sales strategy and tactics to support sustainable, profitable growth for our company, our customers, and our vendor partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify, attract, and integrate actionable M&A targets and business development opportunities
  • Ensure disciplined execution and wavering compliance through focused, data-driven performance management
  • Optimize product portfolio, vendor partnerships, and customer segmentation to ensure sustainable growth
  • Develop new call points and create new opportunities for vertical market expansion
  • Sharpen the organizational design; optimizing sales leadership structure, honing sales processes, and expanding targeted call points
  • Define and develop skills, attributes, and capabilities that equip the THS team to consistently overdeliver
  • Drive Sales Excellence
  • Build and lead a roadmap for profitable growth and enhanced durability
  • Provide inspirational leadership to guide THS team and all shared services groups
  • Lead a winning team culture in alignment with Sarnova’s strategic vision
  • Evolve & Solidify Long Term Vision for THS
  • Drive profitable, scalable, mutually advantageous relationships with IDN & GPO partners
  • Serve as the primary brand ambassador for internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive Business Development
  • Courageously Lead the Tri-anim Brand
  • Take full ownership of P&L to ensure financial and operational excellence


Qualifications/Skills Experience Required


  • Strategic mindset with ability to lead the day-to-day business
  • P&L leadership to include quota assignments, expense control, compensation management, and cross-functional allocation oversight
  • Strong business acumen with ability to establish plans forecasts on a national level
  • Strong leadership capabilities with history of building and sustaining high performing teams
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills appropriate to audience and situation.
  • Minimum of ten years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of leading high performing sales teams in the hospital space and/or medical device distribution
  • Experience in leading, managing, or overseeing IDN/GPO relationships
  • History of successfully driving new product launches of disruptive medical device technology
  • Experience with M&A, business development, and inorganic growth activities
  • Strong negotiation skills with a record of favorable outcomes that are mutually advantageous to company, supplier and customer.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent industry experience; advance degree preferred
  • High comfort level in interfacing with C-level business partners and Board of Directors
  • Advanced planning capabilities coupled with exceptional financial and analytical skills
