The Business Analyst provides specialized expertise and coordination as part of our Client Success Federal Team for Process Improvement. If you have a passion for analyzing and improving business processes through documentation and innovative solutions, this is the opportunity for you. As a Business Analyst, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our efficiency and overall success. You will work with a mission-driven team to shape the future of stopping disease through technology.


What you'll be doing:


  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including process maps and SOPs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate proposed improvements
  • Act as a subject matter expert on business processes
  • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and systems
  • Implement process changes and ensure user adoption
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and evaluations
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends
What we're looking for:


  • Data analysis and visualization skills preferred
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on documentation and process improvement
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent documentation and process mapping abilities
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
  • Proficiency in process modeling tools and software (e.g., Vizio, lucid chart)
Position is virtual/remote with preference for candidates on the East coast of the United States

Target Salary Bands: Each team member’s compensation decisions are based on several inputs, and we expect many of the candidates who are offered positions to fall within the advertised salary band.
