Responsibilities:

• Follow the company’s Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) ensuring compliance throughout the process.
• Collaborate with software development and QA team in the engineering of solutioning and testing efforts.
• Apply expertise in areas of Fixed Income trading to help the company deliver leading trading capabilities through the use of technology.
• Is accountable for meeting assigned project objectives including timelines and internal standards.
• Work in close collaboration with Agile scrum team to capture detail business requirements and specifications and provide mature trading solutions.
• Working closely with Fixed Income product owners, translate trading vision and roadmaps into actionable trading technology solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven documentation and analytical skills for gathering business requirements, functional specifications, and comprehensive test plans.Fluent with Jira and Confluence.
• Extensive experience with all aspects of portfolio management and trading for fixed income, currency, and derivative securities.

• Strong technical knowledge around data harvesting, and data base mapping to support daily business processes.Strong experience working with structured datasets, using database query tools, including Python, SQL,PL/SQL programming.
• Expert level understanding of Trade lifecycle and OMS / EMS systems such as CRIMS.
• Proven independent and focused individual with a demonstrated ability to develop creative, innovative solutions to meet complex business needs.
• Direct experience working with trading systems and an understanding of program and algorithmic trading workflows.In-depth experience with CRIMS required.
