The Role You'll Play

The Business Analyst is responsible for working closely with the Customer to understand their process to drive successful implementation of our first-class software. This position requires that you are comfortable managing multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously. The Business Analyst serves as the internal voice of the customer throughout the implementation while working with our teams to exceed customer expectations.

Your Main Tasks

• Documenting requirements in the form of statements of work, process flow diagrams, and other artifacts
• Conduct training sessions
• Eliciting detailed requirements from customers in support of their business goals
• Coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) to secure sign-off
• Analyzing complex business processes
• Engaging with customers and internal stakeholders to thoroughly understand business needs
• Providing consultative services to customer across multiple industries
• Translating requirements into a format that is easily consumable by delivery team members
• Assist with Project Planning and Tracking
• Acting as liaison between the end user and technical resources
• Using our platform to build out a solution to meet customer’s needs
• Determining possible solutions in collaboration with customers and the delivery team
• Documenting (clearly stating) what was agreed upon by customers and irth Solutions
• Acting as requirements resource for an agile development team

Requirements

• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers
• Previous Experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
• The ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Ability to travel
