Position: Data Analyst 2

PERMANENT - Full Time Opportunity

Remote - PST Hours

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years' experience with data visualization in Tableau or PowerBI
  • Bachelor's Degree in highly quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering/Physics, Accounting, or Computer Science), plus 5 years of experience in data analysis OR High School Education or equivalent, plus 7 years of experience in data analysis.

Plusses

  • Statistical modeling experience.
  • Healthcare organization/health insurer experience.


Day-to-Day

One of our largest Health Plan clients in the PNW is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst: Claims / Authorizations who will:

-Be responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating data analysis projects

-Provide analytical support for accreditation and external regulatory agency audit activities, operational healthcare metrics

-Maintain relational database solutions

Data Analyst 2 is responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating data analysis projects. Duties include providing analytical support for accreditation and external regulatory agency audit activities, organizing and preparing HEDIS programming and data files, responding to RFPs from existing employer groups, compiling statistical profiles, and maintaining relational database solutions.
