Business Analyst Jobs

We are seeking an experienced B2B Business Analyst to join our team. As a B2B Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and understanding our business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and provide insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and validate that implemented solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide support and training to end users on new systems, processes, and tools.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Develop business process models, workflows, and diagrams to visualize and communicate process improvements.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Perform feasibility studies and impact analysis for proposed changes and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a B2B environment.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of B2B business processes and operations.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
