Business Analyst Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the finance team to develop annual budgets, perform financial forecasting, and monitor financial performance against established targets. Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
• Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities. Collaborate with the risk management team to develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Gather, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources. Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and trend analysis, to identify key financial performance indicators and provide insights into business performance.
• Evaluate the financial viability and profitability of existing and potential business initiatives. Conduct cost-benefit analyses, assess investment opportunities, and provide recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Identify areas for process improvement within accounting and finance operations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes, enhance accuracy, and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the broader organizational context.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial analysis techniques.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, or financial software.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role within accounting and finance.
