Job Position: PFML Business Analyst

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Milford, OH

We are seeking a Business Analyst, with experience in design, development, and implementation of the Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) for States. Business Analyst shall be responsible for creating detailed business analysis, outline problems, opportunities and solutions for the business.

Responsibilities:

· Leverage Paid Family and Medical Leave knowledge and experience in developing the functional design for the system

· Provide guidance to the technical teams and validate the solution as it is developed

· Lead capability building in the areas of Paid Family and Medical Leave through training and collateral development

· Participate in go-to-market solution development, thought leadership, and industry events.

· Work with development, implementation, testing, support, sales, and field engineering team members to bring new features and products to a successful release

· Actively contribute to marketing, sales enablement, and industry forums.

Qualifications: (Please list all required qualifications)

· 3+ years of Business Analyst Experience

· Ability to analyze and resolve difficult logic and processing issues

· Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write meaningful reports and plans

· Ability to communicate difficult concepts to technical and non-technical staff

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work directly in both team and individual settings, including working directly with customers

· Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, required from an accredited institution.
