Job Description

Idexcel is currently seeking a Business Analyst with System Analysis and Configuration expertise in the banking industry.


Commercial Lending Skills And Experience

Industry & solutions experience in one or more of the following segments: Commercial Lending / Leasing, Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Small Business Administration (SBA) Lending, Equipment Finance, Alternative Business Lending, KYC, Onboarding, Deposit Account Opening & Commercial Banking, Financial Spreading, Construction Lending.

Experience with one or more of the following Competencies: Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Business Architecture, Business Process Mapping, Business Requirements Development / Gap Analysis, Business Strategy Development and Execution, Change Management, Digitization / Imaging, Program / Project Management (PMO), Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Experience, System Implementation / Integration, Testing, Training, Use Case Methodology (Waterfall, Agile), Vendor Analysis / Selection


Experience with industry-leading Core Loan/Lending platforms including Fidelity, Fiserv, and/or Jack Henry desired


Experience with industry-leading Commercial Loan Origination Systems (LOS) including nCino, Capitalstream, CreditQuest, WebEquity, and/or Sageworks desired


Experience with industry-leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle, etc. desired


Experience working to support a Financial Services Firm going through a Core Conversion, and/or Ancillary System Implementations and Integration


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required


At least 3-5+ combined years of Financial Services industry and professional services consulting experience including Client delivery

5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, configuration, or design

Deep knowledge and understanding of operation workflows/processes

Deep knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains

Strong functional understanding of commercial lending process a big plus

Salesforce experience a big plus

Strong entrepreneurial spirit
