Commercial Banking, Digital Product Management, Business Analysis - Associate
Join JPMorgan Chase and make a positive impact in communities while helping clients succeed. As a member of Commercial Banking, Digital, Data & Product (DDP) group, you will have the opportunity to lead growth, manage risk, and support our clients through all market conditions.
As a Commercial Banking, Business Analysis Associate, you will join the Digital Platform & Applications Product Management, supporting the Data & Analytics Group. You will learn core business processes and partner with Front Office, Strategy, Operations teams, Technology teams, and Finance & Business Management team resources to lead both strategy and execution of a comprehensive metrics and analytics platform. Your day to day will include a strong focus on strategic projects across all CB LOB's Digital transformation projects and initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis to generate insights
- Define, monitor, and report key management metrics; implement and manage scorecards and dashboard sat the employee, team, and department levels
- Engage with stakeholders to understand diverse reporting requirements and serve as a thought leader in simplifying the execution of data management and reporting processes, as well as metrics definitions
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree, quantitative focus preferred
- Proficiency with data analysis toolset required: databases, SQL and data visualization, e.g., QlikSense and Tableau preferred
- Excellent communication, project management, and client partnership ability
- Mix of technical data skills and business acumen, with strong past experience in operational process monitoring & management
- 3+ years of total experience within MIS, Operations, Finance, and/or Management Consulting roles
- Advanced-level ability expected in all Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Pivot Tables, Access, VBA, PowerPoint)
- Experience delivering timely, high quality, senior manager-level reporting and analysis from diverse, complex data sources
- Attention to detail a must with focus on executive quality presentation
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Familiarity with Agile software development process
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Experience in Data Engineering, Python, Jupyter, etc.
