Responsibilities

Hands on maintenance Supervisor with the following responsibilities

1. managing 2 other staff members,
2. interface for all service contracts.
3. Manage building subsystems for a high-rise building.
4. Responsible for tool, parts, pool, and janitorial inventory and supply.
5. Setting up and maintaining all of the necessary monitoring systems for the buildings subsystems.
6. Ability to handle everyday mechanical, refinishing and repair tasks around the property

Qualifications

1. 3 to 5 years in a supervisory role in a high rise building/
2. Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system maintenance.
3. abilitymto design and maintain equipmwent logs and set up ongoing maintenance programs.
