You will be an ESSENTIAL FRONTLINE TEAM MEMBER, trained and ready to take on a variety of responsibilities and tasks,

• You will be trained in Tamcare’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed certified supplies and equipment.

Job Requirements

• Able to work alone or with a team
• Experience in carpet care
• Assign and follow up on work orders and special requests
• Ensure all safety rules are followed
• Willing to work weekends when needed
• Pass background check
• Strong time management skills
• Responsible for equipment maintenance
• Confident, assertive, flexible, team oriented and professional.
• Be able to spend long hours on your feet
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Fill out nightly reports
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Complete special projects as determined by Operations Manager
• Experience in floor care such as stripping and waxing, buffing and grout cleaning.
• Fill in for and work with crew when needed
• Must have reliable transportation
• Basic computer knowledge Microsoft and outlook
• Assign tasks to employees based on job requirements or special assignments

• Evening hours with some occasional day shifts
• Meet with property manager daily
• Customer oriented and committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
• Order supplies and equipment
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the cleaning/janitorial industry
• Train new and existing employees on proper cleaning and disinfecting techniques
• Assist Area Manager and Area Supervisor
• Must be able to communicate in English
