Grill Cook/Cashier Jobs

• Reporting to the Food and Nutrition Services Director, the Cook I is expected to perform a variety of food service related duties according to all the standards, policies and procedures applicable to Redlands Community Hospital. This position is responsible for food preparation, set-up, and serving of food for patient services, cafeteria and catering, cafeteria food preparation and service, stocking areas, washing dishes, and cashier duties. All foods produced must be prepared according to a recipe or procedure, cash handling must comply with all required policies and controls.
• High School Education or equivalent preferred
• S.B. Food Handlers card required
• Food service or food production and cashier experience preferred
• Basic computer skills/data entry preferred

For the Flexible Schedule position, anticipated 2 days per week (16 hours), mostly on Saturdays and Sundays, additional hours may be available per department needs.
