The Marketing department creates passion and relevance for the "Dolby Difference" driving sell-in and sell-thru of Dolby enabled devices, services, content, and experiences across multiple constituents – partners, creators, consumers, and developers.
THE PRODUCTION
The Brand Marketing Intern will support Dolby's consumer marketing team with the goal of elevating awareness of, demand for, increased experiences with, and advocacy of Dolby across the passion points of automotive, gaming, and live sports. This role will support Dolby's brand marketing lead with a range of marketing programs, including campaigns and events.
- Work collaboratively with foundational marketing teams including PR, social, digital, creative and research/insights to support the planning, execution, and measurement for Dolby campaigns across multiple entertainment categories (including automotive, gaming, and live sports)
- Assist with research and vetting potential brand marketing opportunities aligned to category specific goals
- Ideate on innovative storytelling and programs to drive awareness and build advocacy for entertainment and experiences in Dolby on a global and local scale
- Solid interest in pursuing a career related to entertainment
- Stays in-the-know about trending entertainment, music, pop culture, and immersive technologies
- Enjoys organization and creative brainstorming
- Prior internship or work experience within entertainment or in related activities at school

Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, or related field; recent grads who are within 6 months of graduation are also eligible to apply. Must be available to work full-time Monday – Friday for 6 months between September 2023 – March 2024. Start date for the internship is as follows: (*note* this date is not flexible)

The San Francisco/Bay Area base hourly range for this internship position is $28-$33/hr and can vary if outside of this location. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific hourly range and perks and benefits for your location during the hiring process.
