A large and growing dairy company is looking for a Brand Manager to expand their Marketing and Product Development efforts. An understanding of marketing products and food science is ideal but not necessary. This team covers internal communications, marketing efforts, and sustainability. This role will be 95% Remotely with occasional meetings onsite 1x per month.

Job Details


We are seeking a Brand Manager to join our team in the Dairy Industry. This is a 95% remote position, which offers flexibility and the opportunity to have work-life balance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the brand and ensuring that it remains competitive and relevant in the market. Responsibilities


  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and develop new products
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Manage all aspects of the brand, including product development, marketing, and communications
  • Manage client communications and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company's overall objectives
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and website
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints


Qualifications


  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and advertising
  • 2+ years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, and business communications
  • Knowledge of the Farming, Food, or beverage industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with product development and launch
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
