Location: Greater Miami
The Brand Ambassador will champion the Desquite and Amuleto Rum brands by working towards our goal of maximizing the brand’s awareness. The Ambassador will develop detailed knowledge of the brands so that members in the trade and consumers will go to him/her for education, inspiration, and credibility.
The Brand Brand Ambassador is responsible for localization of marketing initiatives and collaborating with commercial stakeholders to build relationships and brand advocacy in the assigned market. This full-time position will support the commercial sales teams brand building efforts through activations and activities that drive awareness, education, and engagement with both the trade and consumers alike.
Responsibilities
·Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
·Own, drive and evaluate Brand/Category strategies in local markets within a geographic territory, focusing on key accounts to maximize brand sales.
·Serve as the market expert for Desquite and Amuleto spirits category; understand what drives consumer behavior around our brands, based on different cultural and demographic segments.
·Identify and implement strategic program opportunities that match cultural and demographic characteristics for both consumer and trade.
·Manage the activation budget for brand development and promotion activity.
·Follow the set guidelines of the target accounts for both on trade and retail with a dedicated tasting program built into the KPI’s.
·Work with Distributor team to execute tastings in new accounts sold.
·Track sales performance and report back to the company
Practical/Technical Knowledge

·Understanding of brand strategy development in a commercial context.
·Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable mindset by continually evaluating and responding with agility to meet rapidly evolving business needs.
·Full understanding of modern selling and training techniques.
·Microsoft Office proficiency – Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
