Description

As a Brand Ambassador Coordinator, you will be a valuable member of the social and influencer marketing team at CELSIUS. The Brand Ambassador Coordinator will handle the day-to-day communication and management of the CELSIUS Brand Ambassador Program. We are looking for a high energy, passionate, and extremely communicative individual to grow our Brand Ambassador Program and build an online community. This person will work closely with the broader Marketing Team to improve strategies and tactics involving the Brand Ambassador Program to support the company as a whole.

This is an in office, full time position at the CELSIUS HQ in Boca Raton Florida. The Brand Ambassador Coordinator will be reporting into the Senior Influencer Manager.

Description

• Format and monitor weekly product orders.
• Build and analyze reports to evaluate and monitor the program and individual ambassador performance.
• Manage relationships and day-to-day communications with all Brand Ambassadors.
• Work closely with our Events, Sales, and broader Marketing Teams to develop campaign-specific strategies for Brand Ambassadors.
• Strategize and execute initiatives for the Brand Ambassador Program.
• Monitor apparel/gear inventory and assist in placing new orders.
• Analyze and approve all ambassador content and provide feedback when necessary.
• Evaluate and onboard new Ambassadors based on current initiatives.
• Manage and build out monthly social media challenges.
• Ensure Brand Ambassadors are following Brand Guidelines and meeting monthly social media deliverable requirements.

Requirements

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Marketing.
