We are growing our events team and are looking for creative individuals with an interest in marketing to join us as Brand Ambassadors. You'll be working as part of a Brand Ambassador team hosting live events to promote a specific product or service to people living and working in NYC.

No marketing/branding/PR degrees/qualifications/experience is needed because we provide long-term training, support, and guidance. Individual success is what leads to overall success, so we provide a lot of different resources to support our Brand Ambassadors and help them feel comfortable and confident each day!

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be working as part of a team at our in-store kiosks and pop-up event locations. You'll be engaging with local consumers to help one of our clients improve brand recognition/awareness, enhance its reputation, and acquire additional long-term customers.

Some specific tasks will include:

• Conducting market research and collecting relevant feedback for product development
• Qualifying customers and presenting them with products/services that meet their needs
• Ensuring a positive customer experience regardless of whether the customer makes a purchase or not
• Hosting branded outdoor events and using your outgoing personality to attract customers
• Answering questions, overcoming objections, and relating to customers using stories and examples
• Brainstorming in groups to come up with creative ways to improve future events

Person Specification:

There is no formal experience needed for this role, but applicants do need to be 18+ and eligible to work in the USA. We're particularly excited to hear from people who are:
