Pro-Pipe is looking for a Branch Manager in Martinez, California to help lead and grow our business!

Using the latest technology, a GPS/GIS-based approach and a cloud-based data management system, Pro-Pipe provides clients with high-level data solutions for even the most complex projects .
Pro-Pipe specializes in the use of advanced technology to produce the quality data and recommended solutions that drive the good planning decisions that precede major infrastructure renewal programs. Pro-Pipe is also known as a pipe maintenance company that focuses on customer service and safety .
Services:
  • Cross Bore Inspection — Pro-Pipe helps utility providers eliminate the risks presented by new or replacement utility lines horizontally bored through existing wastewater infrastructure.
  • Pipe Cleaning — Pro-Pipe is capable of cleaning pipes of all diameters. Only after arrival at the site is the scope of the job assessed and the best approach determined. • Vacuum and Hydro Excavation — This method safely and efficiently locates fiber optic lines, cables and utilities while avoiding the damage that may occur with traditional, mechanical excavation.
  • Pipe Inspection — Pipe inspection reveals and assesses the condition of sewer pipes and storm drains while delivering risk-mitigation data that provides insight into current and future projects.
  • Trenchless Repair — Non-intrusive pipe repair services are as robust as traditional repairs but are quicker and less invasive. They eliminate digging up the jobsite and the associated rehabilitation costs.

Your Responsibilities as the Branch Manager :
This position will reside in Martinez, CA and will be responsible for the daily operations by creating and fostering relationships with clients, peers, and employees. Manage and motivate personnel to ensure that workloads are completed daily. Responsibilities of the position include the following: other duties may be assigned:
Operations : Contribute your expertise to build and deliver a high growth organization focused on profitability, efficiency, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure organized, clean, safe, and efficient work environments and well-maintained equipment and tools.
  • Establish and achieve operational efficiencies, revenue, profit, growth, production, safety, and other established goals.
  • Create improvement with best practices, processes, and performance metrics that are driven throughout the business and used to monitor and deliver profitability.
Business Development : Achieve growth and profitability with effective customer relationships, partner with Business Development to identify new business development and create opportunities for growth while maximizing relationships with existing customers.
  • Create demand by demonstrating expertise and effective problem solving while performing all projects.
  • Ensure highest customer retention and satisfaction through relationships, great communication, and prompt resolutions in a professional manner.
Leadership : Hire, train, retain and mentor to form high performing, high morale, result-oriented teams focused on high quality, safety, productivity, profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction. Build strategic, productive relationships with leaders across the organization.
In addition, this role will include the following tasks and activities:
  • Develops employees and has the overall responsibility for employee engagement and morale.
  • Work to reduce/control expenses, damages, and worker's comp / auto accidents.
  • Validates and approves daily personnel time reports.
  • Ensures company standards and procedures are maintained for each part of the operation.
  • Ensure day to day compliance with state regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Participate in budget preparation and analysis.
  • Performs investigations as needed: damages, auto, etc.
  • Participate in the recruitment processes
  • Reviews scorecards and communicates expectations to employees to ensure performance metrics are achieved.
What We Need from You (Our Requirements) :
  • Compensation range is $100 - 160K annually
  • Five or more years developing and leading high performing teams.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Experience in the Field Service / Construction industry preferred
  • Proven project management experience
  • High school diploma or GED required; BS/BA degree strongly preferred.
