Responsibilities

• Process and post daily bank deposits
• Ensure all deposits and COD’s (cash on delivery) are in-house and posted properly
• Special projects and filing as needed
• Assist with monthly floor plan audits
• Clean and coordinate various schedules
• Prepare and mail trade payoffs
• Post daily EFTs from lenders and manufacturer
• Accounts Payable, assist with posting and payment of invoices
• Reconcile monthly physical inventory count of vehicles, factory receivables & post weekly warranty EFT

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
• Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results
• Experience as an Accounts Receivable/Payable clerk in a dealership
• Available to work flexible hours on weeknights and weekends
• Team-oriented and professional personal appearance
• Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
• Proven track record
