Job Description

Looking for a Construction Bookkeeper!! If you have accounting experience in the construction industry and are looking for a stable company with long term growth opportunities, this role is for you. The bookkeeper work closely with the controller on the day-to-day construction accounting transactions. This is a full-time direct hire role with great benefits.


Job Details:

  • WIP Job Costing
  • Full cycle AR and AP, AIA billing, invoicing
  • Reconciliations – bank, credit card, GL accounts, vendor accounts
  • Detailed oriented and team player
  • Month end support


MUST HAVE: Please ONLY apply if you need these requirements

  • OR 2+ years of CONSTRUCTION accounting experience
  • Associates in ACCOUNTING
  • 5+ years accounting experience
