Biotech Admin Superstar! (Contract – 40 hours/week)

Location: Manchester, NH – Open to local candidates, 100% onsite

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Smartsheet
  • Managing multiple calendars
  • Coordinating catering/team lunches/events
  • Managing new employee orientation and desk set ups – making new hires feel welcome
  • Prior business purchasing experience is a plus, but is not required
  • Professional or hobby-level experience coordinating character-building activities (such as volunteering or team sports)
  • Maintaining Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks around the office – and the grace and willingness to run point on whatever needs “doing”


Please note: this role is available to candidates who are legally authorized to work for any US employer on an indefinite basis. The contract period is expected to last 6-7 months.
