What You Will Achieve
You will be a member of Pfizer’s dedicated and highly effective GTx2 Operations Compliance team. You will provide oversight of controlled documents for operations areas and drive improvements to document processes to assure full cGMP compliance.
As a Manufacturing Support Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It
  • Suggest improvements and conduct continuous improvement activities.
  • Contribute to the completion of projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team.
  • Perform controlled print coordinator tasks for Operations, including printing of placards, level I forms, and manuals as applicable
  • Author and maintain general operations SOPs
  • Maintain controlled document manuals
  • Track and report on key documentation metrics
  • Monitor Operations review targets in Batch Tracker
  • Reconcile controlled documents in GTx2 Operations
  • Manage logbooks for the Operations area, including requesting, printing (as applicable), and returning to Records Management upon completion
  • Assist Operations teams with improvement projects as they relate to documentation and document control
Qualifications
Must Have
  • Must be able to work in a team environment within own team and interdepartmental teams
  • Applicant must have High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6 years of relevant experience; OR an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience.
  • Proactive approach and strong critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices and the applicable GxP regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice-to-Have
  • Willing to lead by example and jump right in, desire to get to root cause, collaborative and active listener.
  • Effectively manages stressful situations, able to focus on task regardless of circumstances and stress induced pressure.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to gown in manufacturing areas and provide shop floor support if needed.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
  • This role is standard day Monday through Friday work shift; some off-shift support needed when issues arise.
