A business consulting organization has a great opportunity for a Billing Specialist to join a successful and growing firm in their Sacramento location. Our client is an industry leading consulting firm with excellent leadership. Our client offers a hybrid schedule (2 days remote), competitive wages, and a generous benefits package once converted. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience in an AR or billing position, is self-managed, has high attention to detail and can update and maintain spreadsheets within MS Excel.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate record of billing.
• Accurately create facility invoices within QuickBooks and submit to clients if need be or to Accounts Receivable based on individual client contract terms.
• Preform continuous audits of Cases and Invoicing.
• Process billing in accordance to the contracts in place.
• Review and assist with discrepancies.
• Communicating with Clients regarding hours not accounted for from cases received via phone or email.

Skill and Qualifications:

• Must be proficient, at minimum, with accounting software.
• Proficient with navigating the internet and working with technologies.
• Will be trained from various software programs.
• Data entry skills along with an aptitude for numbers.
• Quick to learn new computer applications and programs.
• Accounting background highly desired.
