THE JOB 💻
The Billing Coordinator's duties include accounts receivable functions plus reporting. Accounts receivable duties include monthly invoice for new and existing customers, collections for outstanding receivables, and payment entry for deposit. Reporting duties include collection and new account analysis. The right candidate should be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage time between responsibilities.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING 📞
- Process check payment in multiple accounting software (FB & QBO)
- Maintain new account reporting
- Managing customers in FreshBooks and other software billing systems

The pay range for this position is between $16.83 and $26.44 hourly.
