Job Description

Full-time Billing/Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to work for well established Food Distribution company, Monday through Friday. Pay is up to $20/hour including the following benefits:

Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Creates and submits invoices according to company practices
  • Maintains and updates customer files
  • Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable


You'd be great for the AR Clerk if you have:

  • Knowledge of accounting software programs is a plus!
  • Ability to operate general office equipment
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
