Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for aBilingual RecruiterinSummerville, SC. TheBilingual Recruiteris responsible for finding prospective employees for various clients across multiple industries while communicating, interviewing, and assessing candidates in both English and Spanish. You will be able to help job seekers establish a long-term career in the industry of their dreams.
Responsibilities of aBilingual Recruiter:
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, interviews applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, social media, job boards, and other internet sites.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Visits local clients as needed to understand openings, hold job fairs, or conduct tours
- Completes new hire orientations and employee onboarding.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, using various means, such as social media and job sites.
- Skill markets top candidates to branch manager.
- Contacts potential applicants through various means, including phone, text, email, social media, or job boarding messaging
- Plans and fills recruiting requisitions by meeting with managers to discuss recruitment needs.
- Meets weekly KPI targets.
- Participates in branch job fairs.
- Arranges candidate interviews or tours by coordinating with management schedules; may escort applicants to client sites.
REQUIRED Experience and Education:
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to speak and write fluent Spanish and English
- Teamwork is absolutely essential, must be comfortable performing with a team in a positive and organized manner
- Must be comfortable working with people in both private and group settings
- Must have above average communications skills
- Seeking motivated, energetic, and positive minded applicants!
- Must support diversity
- Must be proficient with computer systems, most notably Microsoft systems such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have ability to comprehend and stay up to date on employment law
- Must be proficient with telephone usage and etiquette
- 2 years prior Recruitment and/or staffing industry experience
Conducting (drug screening and/or background check) report inquiries may be necessary for employment purposes.
