C.J. Lombardo Company is hiring for the position of Bilingual Receptionist in Hackensack, New Jersey. We are a licensed real estate broker and an experienced expert at residential and commercial real estate and property management. Founded in 1936 by C. What You’ll Do


The Bilingual Receptionist will assist the property management team as needed, to assure that properties are maintained and operated at a level that meets the company’s objective and provides quality service.


Your Job Will Include


  • Run errands/perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • Take inventory of all office needs and restocking of office materials
  • Receive, screen, and direct all incoming calls, or other messages, to appropriate personnel.
  • Greet guests in a professional and attentive manner.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries (via phone, email, fax etc..) in order to back up property staff.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain open communication with all property and regional staff.
  • Attend and participate in training programs and seminars as required.


Experience & Skills You Need


  • 1+ year of office and customer service experience.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
  • Highly refined verbal communication skills, with a pleasant phone manner.
  • Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, MRI, etc.
  • High school diploma, or the equivalent experience. Associate/ Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.


Compensation/ Benefits


In return for your excellent skills and abilities, we offer a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k), and paid vacations, holidays, and sick time.


Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour


Schedule Monday to Friday 8-hour shift.
