Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a BGA OPERATOR/REWORK in Madison, AL. Our client is a technology-driven Electronics Manufacturing Services ( EMS) company, who precision electronic assembly and engineering services to customers with needs-driven, non-commodity products.
The BGA OPERATOR/REWORK is responsible for repair functions for PCBs. Must have experience in electronics manufacturing in an ESD-controlled environment. Familiarity with clean/no clean fluxes, leaded/lead free chemistries, and trace/pad repair is essential.
Skills/Experience/Education/Training Required
Job Requirements of a BGA OPERATOR/REWORK :
IPC-A610F Certification
IPC J-STD001F Certification
IPC-7711/7721B Certification
BGA Repair Experience Required
Advanced Rework and Repair for Surface Mount and Board Level Repair a plus
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to work OT as scheduled
Performs Other Duties As Required.
