Beverly Hills High-Profile Family Seeks Weekend Nanny!

Overview:
LOS ANGELES, CA (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY- High-profile family in BEVERLY HILLS seeks a FULL-TIME WEEKEND NANNY for their four children: two girls, ages 7 and 8, as well as 2-year-old and 9-month-old boys. The youngest is cared for by a baby nurse. In general, the schedule is noon-8pm Wednesdays and from 10am Fridays-8am Mondays with 12–15-hour days on Saturdays and Sundays. Must be willing to be flexible with the schedule! The nanny will live out during the week and live in over the weekend (Friday-Monday morning).
You will be responsible for the overall care of the children, running errands, making beds, emptying the trash, keeping the kitchen neat and tidy, cooking, and providing transportation for the children. Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be confident driving in LA traffic. A nanny vehicle will be provided while on the job. This is a full-charge nanny position. Thus, you will be responsible for all things related to the children such as packing for travel, tidying after the children, kids’ laundry, ordering items for the home, taking inventory, and everything in between to help lighten mom’s load! They currently do not have pets but plan to get a dog in the near future.
They often travel during school breaks both domestically and internationally and would love for their nanny to join! Must have a valid passport and know how to navigate a busy airport with children in tow! Parents may also travel without the kids, so some overnights will be required. You will be working on a team with 2 other nannies. The household is also fully staffed with housekeepers and an assistant. Must be a team player!
The eldest two have very strong personalities and need someone who can set rules and boundaries and uphold those boundaries. Parents look to the nannies to establish these expectations and need help wrangling them in. Someone who carries authority and doesn’t give in easily will do well in this role. Teamwork is a huge part of this position. They seek a drama-free team of nannies who are true TEAM PLAYERS and can divide and conquer to get the job done. Must have open communication with mom and fellow household staff. The ideal candidate is PROACTIVE, TAKES INITIATIVE, identifies what needs to be done, and rolls up their sleeves to do it! Someone who is always 2 steps ahead and is all hands-on deck in looking for ways to help the family and fellow staff! Must be vaccinated for COVID.
Pay is open depending on experience. Benefits include 2 weeks of vacation, 3 days sick, and major holidays that fall on regularly scheduled work days, plus a $250 monthly healthcare stipend. Start date is ASAP!
Qualifications:
BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study
CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)
Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position
A passion for working with children
Two+ years childcare experience
Excellent work and personal references
U.S. driver's license (this does not apply to NYC residents)
Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership
Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus
Competent swimmer
Non-smoker
Willing to go through extensive Background Check
Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident
Willingness to show proof of immunizations
No-cell phone driving signed guarantee
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
