You are responsible for providing product and service information to customers as well as training your own team of representatives to becoming the top team in the state of New England. Please apply if you are located in the New England states.
We are seeking full time, hardworking, self-disciplined and positive attitude thinking sales agents to join our fast paced team. As an independent benefits specialist you will work with a dynamic team of sales agents that share your desire to win and serve others. We have been blessed to have doubled our sales since COVID hit, and we’re growing faster than ever!
AVAILABLE POSITIONS:
Entry level associate & fast-track management positions are available. Promotions are 100% merit and performance based - you will have an opportunity to grow as fast as you want. Senior level and partner roles can be accomplished within 2-3 years.
First year associates yearly earnings between 65K and 100k based on enrollments. We are training our leaders to earn six figures in their first 1-2 years in the business. Earnings are uncapped due to commission advances, weekly bonuses, and recruiting bonuses and 100% are performance based in all levels of the career.

• Proficient computer skills (ex: Zoom, Google Calendars, Messaging Apps)
• Driven to hit weekly and monthly minimum sales goals
• Passionate about helping others and setting them up for success
• Comfortable speaking with others and presenting on camera via zoom during consultations
