What you will do!
The primary purpose of this position is to provide regulatory oversight for behavioral health programs and providers, monitor compliance with rules governing health and safety of people receiving services, and meet state statutes and rules pertaining to the Oregon Health Authority’s regulatory responsibilities. In collaboration with internal partners, this position will monitor fidelity of evidence-based practices (proven clinical treatment methods) in community behavioral health treatment programs to determine extent of compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules, statutes, state policies, and contracts. This position will coordinate and collaborate across internal teams and external providers and community to increase quality improvement strategies that improve services within the behavioral health system.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum Qualifications
Five years' experience doing administrative research that included compiling and evaluating facts to recommend management action or decide compliance or eligibility with program guidelines and regulations.
(Note: some positions may require experience in a specific regulatory industry or program)
College-level course work may substitute for experience on the basis of 45-quarter units per year, up to a maximum of three years.
Some Positions May Require: A bachelor's degree in business or public Administration and two years of the specified experience.
Experience in creating and maintaining a work environment that is respectful and accepting of diversity among team members and the people we serve.
