Behavioral Health Program Administrator – Free Through Recovery

The Behavioral Health Division is seeking a creative, driven, strategic, and results-oriented individual to join the team of more than 35 professionals dedicated to effective administration of behavioral health programs and services.

As a BH Program Administrator you will be the individual to develop and maintain partnerships with a variety of state and community stakeholders and provide training and technical assistance on contract requirements, project deliverables, and rules and regulation.

This position requires the ability to communicate effectively verbally as well as in writing, manage multiple projects with various deadlines, set priorities, and demonstrate effective time management skills. Also, strong organizational skills including attention to detail, proficiency in evaluation and data analysis methods, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals and track information/activities, ability to work with a team, and ability to assess problems and identify creative solutions.

The Behavioral Health Division seeks individuals able to demonstrate recovery-oriented values and manage multiple projects.

To be successful in this role, you must identify with the Behavioral Health Division values of being person-centered, recovery-oriented, and trauma informed. You will need strong written and verbal communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You must be detail oriented, a self-starter with demonstrative initiative, and be a team player. The individual in this position must have proficient computer skills.

To be considered for this position, you will be required to have bachelor's degree in a field related to the position´s program responsibility and three years of related professional work experience.

• OR a master's degree in a related field to the position´s program responsibility and one year of related professional work experience.

Preference will be given to individuals who have experience with strategic planning, professional communication, and supervision.
