WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Prepares and/or serves beverages following standard practices and recipes.
• Attends departmental and company meetings, as required.
• Tracks number of beverages served.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of work and guest areas.
• Maintains par levels of operating supplies and equipment, replenishing as needed in accordance with procedures.
• Operates the POS system in accordance with established procedures.
• Demonstrates internal and external service in accordance with service program guidelines.
• Monitors guest consumption of alcohol, intervening as needed according to established practices.

• Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position.
• Ability to maintain HCA identified responsible alcohol service certification.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including calculating discounts, interest, and commissions and apply to practical situations.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English. - Ability to understand and perform duties in accordance with departmental, property, and company policies and standards.

STARTING SALARY

$8.00 per hour plus tips
