Description

The Beauty Educator's primary responsibility is to develop long lasting relationships with retailer employees, Headkount clients, and internal teammates. The Beauty Educator provides exceptional product knowledge during in-store visits. The Beauty Educator supports multiple brands and store locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Show up on time.
• Build lasting relationships.
• Educate the retail Beauty Advisors on the brands you are supporting for the day by sharing product knowledge, and your favorite tips and tricks.
• Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app.
• Uphold merchandising brand guidelines.
• Complete detailed in-store surveys after every shift.
• Achieve your sales goals.

Job Knowledge, Values, Requirements

• 2 years experience working for a beauty brand or major beauty retailer
• Must be able to pass a background screen
• Passion for people
• Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, text messages, smart phone applications
• Proven team player
• Passion for education
• Must be willing to commute a minimum of 30 miles
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent retail selling and education background
• Passion for the retail community
• Must have a cell phone
• Must have a flexible schedule, available to work weekends to support retail needs
• Professional conduct in-store
