As a premier sports and fitness center located west of downtown Austin in Bee Cave, we are in search of talented and experienced youth Basketball Coaches who are committed to developing players to their highest potential. Team coaching and skill development positions available!

Requirements:

In joining our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Report team successes and issues to help promote and improve HCI Basketball
• And more...
• Become an expert in league rules, HCI Basketball core values, and HCI Basketball programming
• Preparation and execution of team practice and game plans
• Primary contact and communicator for assigned teams

To be a great fit, you'll have:

• Lead a standard for high-quality work by showing continued development within athletes
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic basketball offensive and defensive principles and the ability to communicate these to athletes effectively
• Ability to work nights and weekends, with scheduling and work flexibility based on program needs
• Flexibility to respond and support changing priorities quickly and efficiently
• Minimum 1-year experience in coaching youth basketball in either, or combination of, competitive or recreational basketball
• Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment and background check
• Grow with a team where expertise is shared and feedback is welcomed
• Experience coaching in a professional environment
