This Better Buzz location is on the corner of Mission Gorge Road at Zion Road.

We are looking for people to work 25+ hours per week and stay with us beyond just the summertime.

We do offer a flexible schedule.

Once hired, we will train you in another Better Buzz Coffee location nearby that is already open.

• Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards.
• Deliver the Better Buzz experience, fast and friendly service, with a community approach to coffee.
• Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and special tasks.
• Maintain a clean and inviting store environment for guests and team members.
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea, drink preparation, food items, and products.

• Guest service focused, solution oriented, collaborative, and value team work.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in fast paced food service/hospitality preferred.
• Drive-Thru Experience a plus.
• Previous fast paced coffee experience preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays, as these are our highest volume days.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
