Job Description

  • Provide outstanding guest service based on Rosen Standards by performing basic prep work behind the bar, including refilling ice bins, restocking liquor, replacing kegs, cutting garnishes, and clearing away and washing empty glasses

Minimum Requirements

  • Requires extensive walking, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs., working in and out of a freezer in extremely low temperatures (below freezing), sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and food handling
  • Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or must have at least six months of relevant experience
