Banquet Bartender (On Call)

The Banquet Bartender p repares and serve a selection of wine, spirits, and cocktails that appeals directly to the guests’ taste utilizing knowledge and expertise in the areas of beverage; offer food suggestions; monitor guests at the bar and complete guest requests to ascertain satisfaction and ensure exceptional service. Assist in monthly inventory and developing new recipes. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers to maintain inventory, make beverages, offer food and beverage pairings. Create s beverage program reflective of the outlet and communicate/lead the bar team effectively and efficiently.
