Back End Developer Internship

We are looking for a Cloud Engineering intern (unpaid for academic credits) to join our team and help us build and maintain our all-in-one beach app. This internship is a great opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge technologies, including NodeJS, AWS, and databases.

Description

• Write clean and efficient code using NodeJS, AWS, and databases (preferably MongoDB)
• Work with our tech team to ensure that the app's backend and frontend components are integrated and working together seamlessly
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, and work with our AWS infrastructure to ensure that our app is scalable and reliable
• Work closely with our CTO to design and implement new features and functionality for our all-in-one beach app
• Maintain and optimize our database, including designing efficient data models and writing complex queries

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in NodeJS, AWS, and MongoDB
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with agile development methodologies
